Swoon

I was given a challenge this Christmas - a quilt for each of my 4 married "children". Three of them were pretty easy - but this one. . . My oldest son and his wife didn't want a large quilt for their bed, but thought they would like a wall-hanging instead. The challenge? Red and purple were the preferred colors. Might not be a challenge for others, but for me. . . not my favorites, so after one failed attempt, I settled on these jewel tones and was really pleased with the outcome.
