Pizza Dough Recipe

My cutie-pie niece has a blog sharing her adventures in cooking. (Check it out at: http://dishinitout.blogspot.com/) She made a yummy looking pizza the other day and I told her I would share my pizza dough recipe with her, so here goes:

In large bowl, 1 teaspoon sugar 1 1/2 cups warm water, add: 2 envelopes rapid-rise yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes or until bubbly. Add 3 cups all-purpose flour and 1 cup semolina flour (semolina flour will help your dough be stretchy and a little more chewy)and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Mix until dough pulls away from sides of bowl. Dough should be soft, but not sticky. Add an additional 1/4 - 1/2 cup flour if needed. Remember with dough, less is best! Knead on floured surface for 5 minutes or until smooth.

Place dough on a floured surface or bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rest 10 minutes.

This recipe will make two large pizzas, or 6 individual ones.
